Jennifer is a clinical psychologist with experience in diagnosis and treatment of a range of mental health issues, with children, adolescents, families and adults through to older age, in a range of settings. She works collaboratively with her clients to identify and understand their strengths and difficulties and develop goals to manage areas of challenge. She has a gentle, nonjudgemental approach and utilises a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills training, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to implement change. Jennifer has experience completing cognitive assessments and supporting clients with learning based challenges. She has a strong interest in midlife transition challenges; neurodiversity including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism; grief and loss; phobias; and faith-related issues.
