Ashleigh is a Clinical Psychologist, with experience in private practice, not-for-profit, and hospital settings, providing both group and individual therapy. Ashleigh is passionate about supporting clients to gain a deeper understanding of their challenges and achieve meaningful change. Ashleigh utilises a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Mode Therapy, tailoring her approach to each individual client�s needs. Ashleigh works with individuals experiencing Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Grief and Loss, Adjustment difficulties and Trauma. She is available for in-person or via Telehealth on Wednesdays and Fridays.
