Warren is a registered psychologist with extensive training and experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families across the lifespan. He works with a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, stress, grief, anger, and challenges with emotional regulation and relationships.
He draws on multiple evidence-based approaches, such as Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), to tailor treatment to each client.
With a focus on men�s wellbeing, family dynamics, and children�s mental health, Warren�s style is warm, collaborative, and results-oriented. He is also a strong advocate for suicide prevention, positive psychology, and personal growth. Outside of work, he is a married father of two who enjoys fitness, running, and good food and wine.
