Georgia is a Registered Psychologist and has experience working with children, adolescents and adults aged 4 � 80+.
Having worked for a NDIS-registered disability services provider and in private practice, Georgia has experience with a wide range of presentations including intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative disorders, genetic disorders, ADHD, Autism, PTSD and psychosocial disabilities.
Georgia also has experience working with First Nation people, people who experience gender dysphoria and members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Georgia enjoys working with clients to develop neurodiversity-affirming, effective, person-centred, and trauma-informed strategies to live well. Georgia has trained in therapeutic modalities including ACT, Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, Transdiagnostic psychology, EMDR and Playful EMDR for children, and has an interest in psychodynamic and compassion-focused therapies, such as CFT for voice hearers.
