Jacqueline (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in public mental health including inpatient, community, and youth services. Jacqueline has a warm, collaborative approach and works closely with individuals to develop personalised treatment that addresses individual needs and goals. Jacqueline offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore challenges and learn new coping skills and tools to improve their mental health.
Jacqueline is trained and has experience in a range of evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Areas of interest include trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders, adjustment disorder and life transitions, body image issues and stress management.
