Tara (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of mental health experience working with people across the lifespan. Tara is known for the warmth and compassion she brings to therapy, providing an emotionally safe space for people to explore both the highlights and challenges in their lives, and develop a greater sense of meaning, purpose and peace.
