Dr. Tristan Snell is an experienced counselling psychologist who works with individuals, couples, and groups. He takes a person-centred approach that focuses on building the therapeutic relationship and incorporating evidence-based approached to improve wellbeing and managing symptoms. He has expertise in working with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, and stress, as well as many other issues. He is trained in a variety of contemporary interventions including CBT, ACT, EMDR, schema therapy, and Gottman therapy.
Tristan has experience working in private practice, educational settings, psychiatric rehabilitation, intellectual disability support, and employment assistance. He is also available to supervise provisional psychologists and psychologists seeking counselling psychology endorsement.
