Joanne is a clinical psychologist and provides individual psychotherapy to adults over the age of 18.

Joanne focuses on therapy that deepens your understanding of the past and how it presents itself in the present. This reflection aims to identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour to promote growth and well being.

She has a particular interest and expertise in working with individuals who have experienced a traumatic life event. Joanne can assist with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, PTSD and CPTSD. She draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches to facilitate change including Schema Therapy, EMDR, CPT and attachment-based approaches.

Joanne aims to create a therapeutic space that is inviting and warm. She welcomes feedback throughout your treatment to ensure therapy is focused on meeting your needs and goals.
