As a mature-age clinical psychologist, Thali treats midlife adults (those aged 30-65), typically a period when issues around self intensify. Thali works with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment, stress, transitional and interpersonal issues, & complex trauma (from childhood). With a wealth of life experience and training in both Analytical/Jungian and clinical psychology, Thali uses evidence-based perspectives, tailored to your treatment goals. These include psychodynamic, compassion-based mindfulness & interpersonal perspectives. Thali takes an experience-informed approach, helping you to better understand your inner processes, particularly any less conscious psychological drivers, defences and relational patterns. She has an empathetic, caring, respectful manner, encouraging selfcompassion & curiosity over self-judgment. Therapy aims to develop a sense of psychological agency and a life-affirming, caring self-relationship, fostering inner growth.
