With over 15 years experience, I work with adults presenting with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have extensive experience supporting clients mental health in the context of living with chronic physical illness. This includes working with issues such as: living with the uncertainty of a chronic medical condition; understanding the impact of physical health issues on daily activities and relationships; using psychological and behavioural strategies to assist symptoms such as fatigue, sleep and pain.

Using a compassionate and collaborative approach, my skills include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based therapies. I integrate therapy approaches to meet each clients needs that result in practical outcomes.
