Poppy is a registered psychologist with experience working in non-government, public health, and private settings. Poppy works with clients across the lifespan (including child and family, adolescent and adult). She has worked with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of reasons including depression and anxiety disorders, adjustment and stress, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, personality vulnerabilities and more serious mental health issues.

Poppy�s style is non-judgemental and empathic. She is experienced in a range of evidence based therapies and works collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised approach to treatment. She is also a board approved supervisor.
