Josie works with individuals aged 16 and over using evidence-based approaches to optimise wellbeing and brain health, facilitate change, and assist with reaching personally meaningful goals. She has a Doctoral degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and has worked as a registered psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist for over 15 years. She assists people with a range of concerns, such as anxiety conditions, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, reduced self-acceptance, and acquired brain injury.
Josie provides an environment that is safe and supportive for her clients. Evidence-based therapeutic approaches that she uses include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology.
