Dr. Brooke Heinicke has a passion for helping men and women to achieve freedom from eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns and low self-esteem, as well as helping people to overcome all types of anxiety disorders. Although she will see clients with other concerns, she has a special interest in these areas. She formally trained in cognitive-behaviour therapy and has since completed advanced training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), a therapy that she is very passionate about.
Brooke is a compassionate, honest and empathic psychologist, who strives to help people achieve better quality of life. She works collaboratively with them to develop a better understanding of their concerns and find a way forward that will help them to develop strategies that they can use for the rest of their life.
