I enjoy helping persons aged 20-45, such as young professionals and uni students, who are struggling with anxiety. We can all experience bouts of stress, worry, and even panic, but for some this has become chronic and is holding them back personally, professionally, and/or socially. When we know how to constructively deal with anxiety, we feel more at ease, more energized, and better able to pursue those things in life that nourish us and enable us to thrive.
As a registered Psychologist and full Member of the APS, I have over 15 years experience, and also regularly undertake further professional development in this field.
