Richard is a senior registered psychologist at Strategic Psychology.

He provides a diverse range of support, using evidence-based treatment approaches including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS) therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), clinical hypnotherapy, and schema therapy.
