I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, interpersonal therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and existential psychotherapy. I will work with you to find an approach that fits your values, your goals, and where you're at right now.
I have been a psychologist for over 15 years and have worked in both clinical and research settings, supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults. I'm also an AHPRA board-approved supervisor and provide supervision to provisional and early-career psychologists. My supervision style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in reflective practice
