Dr. Rachel Parsons provides assessment and treatment to children, young people and adults for a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties including depression, anxiety, school issues, OCD, PTSD and attachment issues. Rachel works with clients with ADHD and ASD, however does not accept referrals for diagnostic assessments only.

Rachel has extensive clinical experience in working with children and adults who have experienced complex trauma and individuals who are victims of crime.

Formally trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rachel�s clinical approach is also informed by an understanding of Mindfulness, Neurobiology and Attachment Theory. Rachel is also an EMDR clinician (in training) and incorporates EMDR therapy into her clinical practice. Rachel provides an empathic approach to working with children, young people and their families to promote their development and support their emotional well-being.
