Passionate about supporting clients through a broad range of presentations and holds particular interest and extensive experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, low self-esteem, ADHD, burnout, parenting concerns, social and relationship difficulties and addictive behaviours.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive-Behavioural Strategies (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, Family and Relationship Therapy and Psycho-education, delivered with empathy, insight and a strong focus on creating meaningful, lasting change. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, with the ultimate aim of fostering growth, resilience, and improvement overall.
