Carolyn is a well-established clinician providing client-centered care in a family-focused practice. Drawing on a strong clinical foundation, she works with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, and school-based issues. She has extensive experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, using a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach. Carolyn maintains a clinical focus on the psychological sequalae of narcissistic abuse providing targeted support for individuals recovering from relational trauma, with a focus on emotion regulation, identity reconstruction, and boundary repair. Carolyn is a credentialed eating disorder clinician (ANZAED) providing interventions for eating and feeding concerns. She is an approved Medicare provider for non-directive pregnancy support and delivers services through Medicare for clients with complex or chronic health needs.
