Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neuropsychological frameworks, integrating evidence-based approaches with compassion and insight. She is the founder and clinical director of Emotional Growth, a multidisciplinary psychology practice in Melbourne. Faye holds qualifications in psychology, developmental trauma, and positive psychology, and is a Board-Approved Supervisor. She has a special interest in supporting adults with complex trauma, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
