As a registered organisational psychologist with over thirty years of consulting experience, Kate Juniper brings her research and theoretical knowledge to the application of various psychological and human resource procedures within organisations. Kate�s particular area of expertise is psychometric assessment for selection and career development. She has extensive experience in advising on, and delivering, best practice solutions in selection assessment to numerous ASX-listed and other small, medium and large organisations. Kate has also provided guest lectures to post-graduate organisational psychology students on personality assessment, and has been involved in projects validating the use of psychometric assessment in various organisations.
