Lynda has over 30 years experience as a psychologist. She has worked in the areas of mental health and physical health both as a public and private practitioner. She has experience in working with people with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, self esteem and relationship issues. She has a particular interest in working with people coping with physical health problems and people with sleep problems. She offers cognitive behavioural therapy ( CBT) , Mindfulness and supportive therapy. She is a member of the
APS College of Clinical Psychologists and of the Australasian Sleep Association.
