Jacinta is a warm and empathic therapist who uses a person-centred approach to counselling. She works collaboratively with her clients with the aim of building a trusting and caring therapeutic relationship. Jacinta tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the individual's needs to promote healing and change. Jacinta has extensive experience providing counselling and therapies to individuals, couples and families across the lifespan. She has a special interest in working with trauma and attachment issues, as well as with families struggling with parenting and the transition to parenthood. She is particularly interested in working with perinatal and infant mental health. Jacinta is passionate about providing a nurturing and accepting environment to explore unique ways to create loving connected families.
