Margaret has worked for more than 25 years as a clinical psychologist including as a Senior Psychologist at North Western Mental Health, Royal Melbourne, Alfred and Box Hill hospitals and as a member of the Victorian Psychologist's Registration Board. This has given her extensive experience in adult mental health and a deep understanding of the profession. When you initially meet with Margaret she will seek to understand what brings you looking for help at this time, your particular circumstances, how you have coped as well as your background. With this information an informed decision can be made with you as to how to proceed. This could include brief or longer-term therapy. Once sessions commence, we will regularly monitor your progress and satisfaction with the therapeutic relationship which research shows is central to effective therapy. Margaret also provides professional supervision and critical incident defusing/debriefing. Clients please make initial contact.
