Pauline has worked for over 40 years as a psychologist, social worker and yoga teacher. She is now working with adults in private practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist and continues to practise yoga and meditation. She is committed to ongoing personal and spiritual development.

In her practice, she works with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, work issues, digestive problems, relationship difficulties and those struggling with lack of direction and purpose. She is experienced in a range of psychological therapeutic modalities and has a particular interest in offering a wholistic approach combining the body, mind/emotions and spiritual aspects of the individual.

Understanding that the relationship between the therapist and the client is paramount, Pauline establishes trust and efficacy through her warmth, sensitivity and life experience.
