Rosie McMahon is the founder and Director of People Tactics, a management consulting organisation focused on improved organisational performance and employee health and wellbeing. As an endorsed organisational psychologist and Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Organisational Psychologists, Rosie works alongside executive teams to align critical elements such as culture, capability and processes with strategic goals.
Before her current role, Rosie gained her line management experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Human Services operational positions. Rosie holds a Master of Applied Psychology Degree (Organisational) and a Graduate Diploma of Adolescent and Child Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Behaviour from Swinburne University.
In her spare time, Rosie loves to go four-wheel driving in her modified Hilux and is a volunteer member of the SES.
