Dr Terry Sheppard is Managing Director of Sheppard Associates, a major provider of organisation and leadership development programs in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Sheppard Associates provides business development services to Australian, regional and global clients.

Following a successful academic career Terry founded Sheppard Associates with a vision to create more successful organisations by developing more effective leaders. He now has more than 30 years’ experience assisting leaders and managers all over the world to create better outcomes through more effective leadership and improved organisation design.

Terry has degrees in economics, psychology and education, is a registered psychologist, and teaches regularly in executive education programs and post graduate seminars. His business experience and strong academic background make him a sought after lecturer and seminar leader.
