Hayley Lokan is an Organisational Psychologist and a Director at Lokan Consulting Pty Ltd.  She has been consulting for more than 15 years and her experience comes from a combination of psychology, human resources and recruitment.  Hayley started her started her career in the recruitment industry, working on a national account providing end to end recruitment and human resources services.  She then worked as a Consultant with BDO Industrial and Organisational Development (formerly PKF Organisation Development) before starting her own consultancy firm in 2015 - Lokan Consulting Pty Ltd.  Hayley provides a range of services to her clients across different industries, including psychometric testing, coaching, 360 degree reviews, team and leadership training, strategic planning, cultural change and business process reviews.  She has recently been elected to the role of Chair of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists (SA branch) and also holds the role of Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Adelaide.
