Danielle Jiranek has more than 25 years international experience as an Organisational Psychologist and Executive in the area of People and Culture.  She has worked in this capacity in the USA, New Zealand and Australia.  Her career history includes senior positions in the multinational consulting firm Morgan and Banks and Director of Locher Human Resources. She held the position of GM People and Culture and Business Transformation with SA Water and in this capacity oversaw a major restructure and cultural transformation program.  Her current position as GM People and Culture with Beyond Bank Australia has a focus on leadership effectiveness, cultural change and driving great customer outcomes through our people.   She is passionate about changing people’s lives and has a particularly strong commitment to enhancement of opportunities for women. In her spare time, she likes to ride, swim and she is currently walking the Heysen trail a 1200km trek.  It is taking some time!
