Key area of focus is leadership & team coaching as well as organisation design. A unique 'cloud' based mentor & coaching matching & programme management platform, enables her to support organisations to embed coaching & mentoring cultures. Pauline has introduced new team & coaching toolkits to Australia, including the revised Team Diagnostic Survey developed at Harvard University for launching, embedding & assessing critical & high performing teams. In 2015 one of Pauline's clients was placed as a finalist in the prestigious Workplace Excellence Awards for a pilot project which integrated the 6 Conditions for Team Effectiveness framework with Real Time Sociomapping. She has subsequently served as a Judge for these awards in 2017, 2018 & 2019. A Fellow of the College of Organisational Psychologists, Pauline currently serves as the WA State Chair.
