Jodie has been practicing as an is an organisational psychologist in health sector for over 10 years, offering individual, team and systemic solutions in this complex and ever changing environment. She is passionate about how organisations can best enable their people to thrive during constant change, which is the foundation of her current research activities at the University of Adelaide. Jodie currently holds status of Adjunct Lecturer with the School of Psychology, (UoA) and is past Secretary for COP SA and past President and Secretary of Drug and Alcohol Nurses of Australasia.
