Dr Justin Fidock is Group Leader of Human Domain Analytics with Defence Science and Technology in the Australian Department of Defence. He has undertaken and led a number of studies aimed at facilitating improved exploration, exploitation, user acceptance and integration of technologies in the Australian Defence Force, with a particular emphasis on information technologies, land vehicle systems and (semi)autonomous platforms. His main research interests are technology appropriation, simulation-based concept development, human systems integration, human-autonomy teaming, and organisational change. Justin holds a PhD in Business Information Systems from RMIT University, and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from the University of South Australia, as well as holding the honorary role of Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide. Justin also spent 11 years serving in the Australian Army Reserves as an Army Psychologist.
