About the presenter(s)

This webinar series will be presented by Scott Way, founder and Director of BDO Industrial & Organisational Psychology. Scott is a registered Psychologist and a member of the APS College of Organisational Psychology and has 30 years of consulting experience throughout Australia, Asia and New Zealand.

Scott has worked with a range or organisations, divisions, teams and individuals to assist and support their passage through changes, large and small and so will combine his experiences in this are with contemporary research and best practice in the field.
