Maximising Team Performance is no longer an option, but rather a necessity for both private and public sector workforces who are facing an increasing array of pressures and challenges. The High Performing Teams (HPT) Program is a best practice team transformation program leveraging the 4 KPIs of Success with your team to maximise performance and return on investment (ROI) for your organisation. The HPT Program was developed through research collaboration between leadership consultants, business improvement specialists & organisational psychologists. Our mission is to transform organisational capability using the 4 KPIs of Success and deliver more than $100 million of savings and benefits to participating organisations by 2020. During this presentation Ben De Young and Dr Pete Stebbins will outline the 4 KPIs of Success, the 3 stage process they take their clients through and the 10 insights of HPT that you can take away and implement with your organisations and clients.
